With a dark garnet hue, this vintage of Mia’s Cab has aromas of black cherries, cedar, savory herbs, and dark chocolate. Classic Alexander Valley Cab flavors of tobacco leaf, blackberry compote, espresso, and dusty tannins with notes of minerals and earth. This well structured Cab is approachable now and would definitely improve with a few years in the bottle.

Think big when it comes to pairing this wine with food. Porterhouse steaks with asiago garlic mashers, smoked ribs with collard greens and sweet potato casserole, or with heavy appetizers such as mushroom bruschetta, proscuitto, serano ham, and kalamata olives.
