A dark garnet color, this wine unfolds with aromas of cinnamon spice, clove, white pepper, blackberries and sage. In the mouth, enjoy flavors of wild strawberry, fresh fig, molasses, dark cherries, and shiitake mushroom structured around a rich mouthfeel and integrated tannins.

The great depth of this wine will pair with deeply flavored dishes. Pair this Pinot Noir with beef stir-fried in oyster sauce over jasmine rice and sautéed eggplant, grilled prosciutto wrapped figs stuffed with Cambazola cheese, or pan seared foie gras served over parmesan-sage polenta and caramelized onions.
