Satisfaction and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it to the address above for a full refund. If your shipment is received damaged, please call us for replacement.
Ordering
Registration - New customers will be asked to register prior to Checkout. Registration is required maintain customer information such as Age, Contact, Billing and Shipping addresses.
Age - You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. By placing your order with Don Sebastiani & Sons, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of your shipment are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If however you're ordering Mia's Kitchen Wine Sauce, there is no age restriction.
Pricing - All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges, and applicable sales tax.
Confirmation - You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was submitted. If the items are all in stock, this will be your only confirmation.
Shipping
Mia's Kitchen products are sent via UPS ground. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays each week. Orders received by 2:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday will be processed and shipped that day. Packages marked as gifts will not include prices.
Security
Don Sebastiani & Sons uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology through Inertia Beverage Group's ReThink Engine for all transactions on the site. This server software encrypts all of your personal and credit card information to ensure a secure transaction.
Privacy
Any personal information we collect through our secure site is used only to fulfill your order and send email notices. Don Sebastiani & Sons does not rent, sell or share your information.

What credit cards to you accept?
When will I receive my order?
You should recieve your order typically within 7 business days via UPS Ground.
Can I expedite a shipment?
Please call us at 1-866-994-6310 to see if we can arrange a special shipment for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not at this time.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order by either calling us at 1-866-994-6310 or by Logging In to your account and canceling from there.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
Please call us at 1-866-994-6310 and we'll help you out.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once we ship your merchandise and depending on your credit card company, it could take up to 5 days for the charge to appear on your account.
I forgot the password to my account?
In the Get Your Password section on the login page, please enter your email and your password will be resent.
